The Centre for Himalayan Farmers Regional Agribusiness Incubation (CHF R-ABI) and Central Agricultural University (CAU) organized a Startups’ Meet in Pasighat, Arunachal Pradesh, distributing Rs 2.75 crore among 25 agribusiness incubatees. The event was attended by key figures including Prof. Lobsang Wangchu, Dr. Anil Kumar, and Arunachal Pradesh Minister Gabriel D. Wangsu. Technical sessions on post-harvest management, floriculture, and food engineering involved State Bank of India representatives. Since 2018-19, CHF R-ABI has trained 650 candidates across ten batches, supporting agribusiness startups under the Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana–RAFTAAR program, focusing on various organic and value-added agriculture initiatives.
