Gumnya Karbak, Director of the Sports Authority of Arunachal, officially flagged off the state’s Senior Kick-Boxing team for the upcoming Seniors & Masters National Kick-Boxing Championship 2024. The event is set to take place in Goa from July 24 to 28. As part of the ceremony, Karbak also provided team track suits to the participants.
The following athletes will represent Arunachal Pradesh:

Shri Mallam Kabak, Weight Category – 63Kg
Shri Robin Deori, Weight Category – 67Kg
Shri Hem Teye, Weight Category – 45Kg
Shri Bishal Barla, Weight Category – 57Kg
Shri Rantu Sonowal, Weight Category – 54Kg
Shri Gopal Moran – Team Coach
Shri Bialok Ragit – Team Manager
The flag-off event was also attended by Shri Charu Govin, Secretary General of the Kick-Boxing Association of Arunachal, who expressed confidence in the team’s abilities and wished them success in the championship.
