India Energy Week emerging as hub for international energy alliances: Chowna Mein

As the world’s fastest-growing major economy, India is seeing a consistent and continuous increase in demand for energy goods while also becoming a dependable global energy partner, according to Arunachal Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein. In a social media post, Mein highlighted India’s rising prominence in the global energy scene by stating that, as the world’s fastest-growing major economy, the country’s growing industrial base, expanding infrastructure, and rising consumption demands all contribute to the country’s steadily rising demand for energy products.

The deputy chief minister noted that India is in a unique position to contribute to global energy security, highlighting the country’s potential beyond domestic use. “India offers some of the best opportunities to meet the world’s growing energy requirements,” he stated, highlighting the country’s developing technological skills in the energy industry, strong supply chains, and growing refining capacity. Mein highlighted India’s increasing export power, stating, “We are now among the top exporters of petroleum products, supplying to more than 150 countries worldwide.”

This accomplishment, he continued, demonstrates India’s dependability and effectiveness in supplying the world’s energy needs. Mein went on to say that this capacity has improved India’s position internationally. He stated, “This capability positions India as a valuable partner for your energy needs,” demonstrating the nation’s willingness to work with international partners throughout the energy value chain. In reference to the forthcoming celebrations of India Energy Week, the deputy chief minister stated that the occasion offers an essential forum for communication and collaboration.
