Actress Janhvi Kapoor had to prepare for a long time for the film ‘Mr. and Mrs. Mahi’. Recently, the’special screening’ of the film took place. The chemistry of Janhvi and Rajkumar Rao has caught the attention of the film. The film also has intimate scenes of the Rajkumar-Jhanvi pair. Recently, Janhvi talked about the intimate scene with Rajkumar on a chat show.
Both of them were tired while acting in intimate scenes, said Janhvi. In her words, “We were very tired most of the time while shooting the intimate scenes of Raj and me. Shooting is done for 20 hours a day. That day was our first close-up shoot. We felt ourselves dead. Our stomachs were bad; we had no energy. Even after that, I had to act to fall in love. The feeling of the first kiss had to be evoked. But it felt like we were dying from inside.
Janhvi played the role of an up-and-coming cricketer in the film ‘Mr. and Mrs. Mahi’. So the actress had to work extra hard for the character. Even the shoulder ligaments were torn.
Janhvi herself said in an interview that she has no knowledge about sports. Not even in the habit of playing sports any day. In his words, “The training I have done for two years is a big part of my life. No one has seen me do this before. It feels strange to see myself this way. But the courage, encouragement, and strength that I got from my two coaches stayed with me.” Apart from Janhvi-Rajkumar, the film also stars Abhishek Banerjee, Rajesh Sharma, Kumud Mishra, Zarina Wahab, and Purnendu Bhattacharya. ‘Mr. and Mrs. Mahi’ is releasing on May 31st.
