Lt Gen (Retd) K T Parnaik, the governor of Arunachal Pradesh, underlined the vital role MLAs play in connecting the government’s vision with the reality on the ground. Speaking on the first day of the state assembly’s budget session, Parnaik said that parliamentarians play a crucial role in ensuring that government programs are implemented successfully.
