Mission Karmayogi is not just a training program, as stated by CM Khandu

The Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh, Pema Khandu, has launched a five-day capacity-building program titled ‘Mission Karmayogi’, which seeks to convert government employees into service-oriented professionals. Khandu highlighted that genuine transformation begins with individuals rather than policy documents or memos. This initiative is part of the state’s extensive administrative reforms and is designed to equip government employees with behavioral training, ethical practices, and a focus on citizen-centric governance. Civil servants in Arunachal will have access to tailored training modules that align with their specific roles and future duties, encompassing areas such as leadership development, ethics, information technology literacy, disaster management, and financial oversight. The goal of this initiative is to empower government employees across all levels.
