Papum Pare DC Vishakha Yadav Shifted to Delhi in AGMUT Cadre Reshuffle

The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has ordered a major administrative reshuffle of officers from the Arunachal Pradesh–Goa–Mizoram and Union Territories (AGMUT) cadre, transferring several senior officials to new postings. Among them is Papum Pare Deputy Commissioner Vishakha Yadav, who has been moved from Arunachal Pradesh to Delhi.

Vishakha Yadav, a 2020-batch IAS officer, was serving as the Deputy Commissioner of Papum Pare district with headquarters at Yupia. Her transfer is part of a wider reallocation involving at least 31 IAS and 18 IPS officers across the AGMUT cadre.

The reshuffle, effective immediately, is aimed at administrative realignment and strengthening governance across regions, marking a significant change in the bureaucratic setup at the start of the new year.
