Zuventus Healthcare Limited has issued a formal corporate announcement to address and refute false and misleading communications circulating about the company’s future, including rumours of closure or rebranding.

In its clarification, Zuventus categorically denied any reports suggesting the shutdown, suspension, or transfer of its business assets. Zuventus emphasised that all business activities are proceeding as usual.

The company further clarified that it has no association or affiliation with any entity named Zorvia Healthcare Limited, describing such claims as inaccurate and misleading. It said the spread of unverified information has caused avoidable confusion among stakeholders.

Founded in 2002, Zuventus Healthcare Limited is a subsidiary of Emcure Pharmaceuticals, which is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange. The company reiterated its commitment to its core responsibility of developing, manufacturing, and marketing high-quality and affordable medicines for patients and healthcare providers across India.

Zuventus also stated that it is actively pursuing appropriate legal remedies under applicable laws to protect its goodwill and the interests of its stakeholders against the circulation of false information.
