Medanta’s Strong Quarterly Performance Yields First-Ever Dividend Payout

Medanta, a premier healthcare provider, today announced robust financial results for Q4 FY25, reporting total income of INR 9,542 million, a 14% increase year-on-year. EBITDA rose 20% to INR 2,476 million, maintaining a healthy margin of 26%. The company declared its first-ever dividend of 25% (INR 0.50 per share), reflecting its strong financial position and commitment to shareholder value. For the full fiscal year, Medanta posted revenue of INR 37,714 million and EBITDA of INR 9,562 million, with an adjusted PAT of INR 5,186 million.

As part of its growth strategy, Medanta continues expanding its bed capacity, adding 219 beds in FY25, with plans for a new 550-bed facility in Noida by Q2 FY26. Additionally, projects underway in Mumbai, Pitampura, Ranchi, and Guwahati underline its commitment to nationwide reach.

Medanta’s increasing presence is welcomed by the local healthcare community. With limited access to advanced medical care in Meghalaya, the expansion into Guwahati is expected to significantly benefit patients providing enhanced healthcare options and reducing the need for long-distance travel. Medanta remains focused on clinical excellence and innovation to meet evolving patient needs across India.
