Suniel Shetty reveals Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul will welcome their baby this month, inside info

Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty will soon become a grandfather. His daughter Athiya Shetty, who married cricketer KL Rahul in 2023, is expecting a baby.
However, Suniel recently shared his happiness for his grandchild. He also revealed when the baby is due to arrive.
During a conversation with Chanda Kochhar on her podcast, Suniel Shetty shared that the dinner table discussions at his house currently are about the baby to be born soon. The actor said, “Right now, probably everything is about the grandchild.
There is no other conversation, and we don’t want any other conversation.” He added, “We are eagerly waiting to meet the baby in April.”
Suniel Shetty couldn’t stop talking about how radiant his daughter Athiya looks during her pregnancy. Stating that everything revolves around the baby, he added, “Whether it’s a boy or a girl, it doesn’t matter.”
He further mentioned that he always found women beautiful but his wife Mana looked the most beautiful during her pregnancy and now he feels the same about Athiya. Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul started dating in 2019 and made their relationship public in 2021.
The couple tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at Suniel Shetty’s Khandala farmhouse in January 2023 and are currently expecting their first child together.
On the work front, Suniel Shetty was last seen in Mission Raniganj: The Great Indian Rescue alongside Akshay Kumar, Parineeti Chopra and Aamir Khan. He has several films lined up including Salman Khan starrer Sikandar, Nadaniyaan, Welcome to the Jungle and Kesari Veer. Meanwhile, Suniel’s son-in-law cricketer KL Rahul is currently with the Indian cricket team in Dubai for the Champions Trophy.
He will be busy playing the IPL in April. Athiya was last seen in Motichoor Chaknachoor and Go Noni Go. She is rumoured to be working in a new film Hope Solo. This is the biopic of a Kashmiri footballer.
