The Blenders Pride Fashion Tour 2025, in collaboration with the Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI), has launched its latest edition titled “Fashion’s Next Move,” spotlighting the spirit of innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship driving India’s fashion ecosystem. The initiative reflects how design thinking, technology, and artistic expression are reshaping the business of fashion for a new generation of consumers and startups alike.
The tour begins in Gurugram with “The Futureverse of Fashion” by Falguni and Shane Peacock, featuring Shahid Kapoor and Tamannaah Bhatia, introducing a futuristic, tech-integrated couture experience. It moves to Jaipur with “High Octane Couture” by Abhishek Patni and Namrata Joshipura, featuring Harnaaz Sandhu and Raftaar, inspired by motorsport aesthetics. The grand finale in Kolkata, “Breaking the Moulds of Fashion Craft” by Anamika Khanna and Ishaan Khatter, celebrates craftsmanship fused with innovation.
Debasree Dasgupta, CMO of Pernod Ricard India, said the tour “sets new benchmarks shaping the evolution of fashion.” Sunil Sethi, FDCI Chairman, called it “a celebration of creativity and culture.” Young designers and local fashion startups view the initiative as a catalyst for creative entrepreneurship. They believe such high-impact events can inspire new business models in sustainable fashion, digital design, and handcrafted luxury—helping position Northeast India as an emerging hub for fashion innovation.
