Arunachal Pradesh Rajya Sabha MP Tai Tagak has been nominated as a member of the official Consultative Committee for the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas.
Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu and Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein welcomed Tagak’s nomination and congratulated him on the new responsibility.
Khandu said his provides an important platform to raise issues concerning energy access, infrastructure and development in Arunachal Pradesh and the wider Northeast in national discussions.
“My best wishes to him for a successful tenure. May he continue to serve the nation with diligence and sincerity,” the CM said.
Similarly, Mein, in a post on X on Tuesday, said, “Congratulations to Hon’ble Member of Rajya Sabha Shri @TaiTagak ji on his nomination as a member of the official Consultative Committee for the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas.”
