New Delhi: Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers Ltd (GRSE) on Monday reported an 11 per cent rise in net profit to Rs 98 crore for the quarter ended December 2024.
Revenue from operations for the quarter also grew 38 per cent year-on-year to Rs 1,271 crore, the company said in a statement.
Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) stood at Rs 147 crore in the quarter under review as against Rs 130 crore in the same period a year ago.
Earnings per share (EPS) for the December quarter stood at Rs 8.57 as against Rs 7.70 in the same period a year ago.
Commenting on the results, Commodore Hari PR, IN (Retd), Chairman and Managing Director, GRSE said, “The third quarter results have been very encouraging and we are confident of good numbers during the fourth quarter of FY25 as well.
The order book is strong and ongoing projects are progressing well. We also expect to receive more orders in the coming months to strengthen our order book position. And hence, the future certainly looks bright for GRSE.”
