Loku stood out as a representative of the nation when he faced off against top athletes from 38 other countries. Her path to the silver medal was marked by accuracy, grace, and technical skill, which are all traits of the ancient art of Taijiquan. The All Arunachal Pradesh Wushu Association (AAPWA) praised her success, saying that it shows her “indomitable spirit” and dedication to being the best.

The Sangay Lhaden Sports Academy was where Loku started on the road to winning a world medal. John Tara Bakey, the general secretary of AAPWA, called her journey “a true testament to perseverance and hard work.” He said that her success should inspire athletes all over the country.

India did very well, and Mepung Lamgu, who is also from India, came in a very respectable fifth place. Her top-five finish shows how much better Indian Wushu and Taijiquan practitioners are getting at the international level. The association said that Coach Maibam Premchandra Singh’s strategic leadership was a big part of the Indian team’s success. His advice helped the athletes win many awards during the championship.
